Rhondda Cynon Taf’s E3+ programme targets groups of young people at risk of exclusion, or who have low self-esteem or poor social skills. A wide range of activities have been developed to improve learner attainment.
The impact: an increase in the number of learners engaged in E3+ provision. Performance in the authority has increased at a much faster rate than in Wales as a whole.
