Careers Wales companies

Estyn carries out inspections of Careers Wales companies on behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government under section 34 of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998. The reports are published by the Assembly and are available on Estyn’s website.

Estyn inspects all six Careers Wales companies normally once during a six year cycle. The current cycle will be completed in August 2010. Estyn also undertakes thematic work in relation to the careers Companies in Wales in agreement with the Welsh Assembly Government.
